Aww loved seeing your little Cordi in the video. :)

Woohoo for spontaneity! It is amazing how much everything can change in one year. I am so proud of you. Don’t let those voices get to you, you know you’re not that voice inside of you. :)

By the way, you’ve really gotten a lot more comfortable and charismatic on video! :D

AH!!! I love you!! :-) Thanks Linda!!

It can take years to realize how much weight and size you have lost, so it’s perfectly normal (albeit frustrating at times) to feel like you are bigger than you are.

The numbers are just numbers…it’s the changes you have made and are making that matter and the weight will go with time as you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

You are wonderful!! :-)

Hi Laura,
That is exactly what is going on. Thanks for stating it so eloquently. :) It is a bit of a long term brain tease.
