Sleep Dep – I didn’t sign up for this!

It’s been a very strange week. In the video I tell you why…


Wanted to say thanks to a couple of twitter friends who’ve been helping me to keep away from the sharp objects and Prozac this week. First, there’s Miss Thystle aka Kiki_Mo for making me laugh a lot. Here’s her blog. Go there and you will laugh too. Also many thanks to Heather, or GastricGirl – she’s another twitter friend and long term post op who’s given me a whole other perspective on life after surgery.

    Ohmigosh I think we’re experiencing a lot of the same stuff on this one… not sleeping so well (though I blame loud noises, my mind-chatter, etc.) and experiencing higher than usual levels of stress.

    Yes, me too Nathalie with the mind chatter. The exercise is helping somewhat. Still getting used to the new house noises.
